Hi all,

thank you very much for all the best wishes, hopefully we will have good news soon and I am sure the break will do us good. The uncertainty is awful, we went to see Hairspray in theatre last night and for a meal afterwards, it was a great evening, but left my OH really worn out, which is hard to see, when, he is normally so fit and healthy. I will keep you updated.

Sella_vee, you made me smile, I don't think wine counts as fluids! It does taste better though. I have been drinking so much herbal teas and water etc, however, have let this slip massively in the last couple weeks. I will start drinking more!

Good luck everyone for the next weigh in and welcome to anyone new, this does work and the support is absolutely awesome!

Well done everyone! I think the main reason I lost 6 lbs this time is that I have stopped making food the most important thing in my life, and have actually stopped thinking about it all the time- following PMK - and spending more time being busy and active and away from the fridge.
I also had a tummy bug and lost my appetite too- plus got word my school is being inspected by HMIE in two weeks-enough to put anyone off their food!!!

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!" Have a wonderful day !
