DAY 43,...........WEIGH IN DAY 3.
      #113660 - 12/05/2008 09:03

Good morning girls, its a horible driech day here today, so IM happy to go to my bed for a couple of hours.

Here it is,, Weigh in Day 3, I hope you all get what you deserve, if you have lost or stayed the same, BRILLIANT, if you have gained, well, you just need more practice, and we will all be here to support you.

Good luck everyone.

The deepest principle in human nature is the craving to be appreciated.

Ask yourself these questions throughout the day today.

1, Whats right with my life?

2. Who do I love most and who loves me back?

3. Whats working in my life?

4. What am I most grateful for in my life?

The real value of asking yourself these few questions is not only the wonderful feelings you will experience in your body, but also the good changes it will make to your life.

By focusing on what you like and love, you will invoke the law of increase.

YOU WILL GET MORE OF WHAT YOU FOCUS ON.

Thank you for the PMs so far, keep them coming.

Hi MJM, have pm'd you with my weigh in (12'3).

Another beautiful day down here in the south west. I cheated slightly at the weekend knowing it was going to be fairly manic and also got the scales out on Saturday morning. I've proved that eating on the run is not good for me - I was two pounds lighter on Saturday than at today's weigh in. Note to self - take time, slow down, chill out...

Chrissi

Hope all these scales have been calibrated and carry an up to date certificate!!!!!. Can't be genuine if they haven't , so readings might not be accurate. ,Just having a bit of professional fun,it lightens up the day. Off to really calibrate some scales now.
See you later folks, Enjoy the sunshine everyone.

annmarie, I jump on and off my scales 6 times in a row, to see see if I get the same reading, if I do, then they are telling me the trueth, will that do??

merc1, "Dreich", (sorry spelt it wrong before) means dismal, bleak, grey dull. miserable, rainey, cloudy, crappy, do the get the picture??

We are really pleased that you dont have a weight problem, honest!!LOL

Thanks for your support girls, its really appreciated, we do make a very good team dont we?

I only lost one pound this fortnight and that's in spite of me having my hair cut and waxing my legs. Still, at this rate I'll be more than a stone lighter by Christmas.

Keep up the good work everybody.

Sella_Vee,

I hadn't thought of it that way - a stone by Christmas... Thankyou - that makes it so real, it is a change for life. If I carry on at a pound a fortnight I'll be about 6 years lighter by Christmas. I suddenly feel so much lighter inside.

Chrissi
