Walking for fun - Christchurch Dorset
      #112965 - 10/05/2008 12:03

Have recently moved to the Christchurch Dorset area and was wondering if there was a walking club in the area.

If one hasn't been established yet perhaps we could meet up and get one going.

Hope to hear from you.

Regards

Hi - I posted a similar question sometime back but got no response so at least now there are 2 of us interested! I'm going to the 'first' meeting of the Bournemouth supper club (maybe we'll met there?) on Monday 12th and perhaps there will be some more people who fancy some leisurely walks (with a pub thrown in along the way, hopefully.....!).

Hi Fromrome now that we've met I might consider a stroll around Friars Cliff and a stop at the cafe! Any good to you?

that would be a great idea although perhaps Mudeford quay is more attractive with the kids crabbing and the boats in the harbour.

Or Christchuch River walks, the New Forest,Durlston country Park,Studland.Sandbanks.We're spoilt for choice in this area, can't believe that you haven't got a huge list of recruits. It could be mix of gentle strolls and longer hikes couldn't it so that all could join?
