is anyone terrified
      #112876 - 10/05/2008 08:46

of the weigh in ''I am I feel like I have not lost anything and I will be disapointed,
the last two weeks have been hectic what with Fiestas , Ferias the Lord Mayors day European day and having the family to stay. Its like I have not been able to plan meals and eating , I know I am eating slower and that Iam leaving stuff on my plate and I am not eating rubbish and drinking less maybe!!!!.
but the thought of Monday morning weigh in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!no can I not leave it another week (this from someone who was on the scales two amybe three times a day.
I know I can wait another week but do I really really want to .
If I stay the same I suppose it wil be something , I f I lose two pounds I will be happy but if I lose any more I will be estatic.I would LOVE to be four pounds down but I don`t see that happening , ah well only two days to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOL Spanishlady, what are you like, you have had the most wonderful 2 weeks havent you, thats all that matters, life is for living and you have definitely done that.

So stop streesing over the small stuff!

You lost sooo much in the previous weigh in, dont beat yourself if you have put on or stayed the same, just carry on the way you are doing and you will be fine.

You will always be an inspiration to us all, no mater what happens on Monday.

Dont panic Spanishlady and start to restrict/deprive yourself, just keep with the rules and you wont start to "store"

Oh SL - dont worry - I put on 2lb last time and was gutted but all it did was spur me on to get back on track. You have had a wonderful fortnight, dont let it down by worrying about the weigh in. If I had the chance to have the fortnight you just had I think I would have shoved PMK to the back of the wardrobe and when its over haul him back out again and tell him I wont be beaten! Get back on track now and dont look back!
