Good morning girls, thanks for all your feed back yesteday.
All emotions come from your unconscious mind. By tuning in to your body to feel your feelings, you are opening up the pathways of communication.
Here is a simple process you can use to learn from all your emotions:
1. Clarify the emotion that you are finding uncomfortable. Dont be distracted by why you are feling it- just focus on the feeling itself. Where in your body do you feel it? Are there certain situations, times, places or people with whom it tends to a rise?
2. Next, ask yourself what the feeling is about- what mesage does it have for you? If you are not sure its ok to guess- your guess comes from your intuitive self.
3. What ever the message, let your unconscious mind know youve received it. If there is any action to be taken, promise yourself you will take it soon-ideally within 24 hours.
4. Youll know if you have correctly identified the emotion and its message when the uncomfortable feeling begins to disolve into the background and your natural, confident sense of ease and well-being returns to the fore.
Good luck for today girls, Its another lovely day here today, I am going to clean the house, then I will spend some time in the garden, Enjoy your day everyone.

Hi guys, well yesterday I cleaned the house, did the shopping etc etc and today its my turn..... I am paying a visit to the hygenist, for a clean and polish, then I am off to the beauty salon for a waxing and a cleanse and body polish, finally I am of to have my hair trimmed and when all this is completed I am going to have a relax in the garden, Why all this frantic activity.......... OH is home tomorrow, his helicopter gets back to the base at about 9.30 and I am going to be there, looking better than I have for the last few years. Thanks to you guys I have lost weight, I am more toned and I look much healthier since I last saw him. A few weeks ago I would have spent the time bemoaning the fact that I was really fat and finding all the negative things about myself that I disliked, trying on and discarding every item of clothing that I possess as it made me look fat, frumpy or was just too tight!! Now I can look at all I have achieved and say, well Ok , I am not there yet but I am on the way. So thanks for all your support, I could not have done it without you.
Have a really good day everybody, when I get back on the forum later I will have been buffed to within an inch of my life!!

Well done honeybunny - I think that it's when you can 'see' & feel on the inside, what you have achieved on the outside, that you are not quite as much as a slave to 'emotional eating'. I used to feel complacent when people commented on my weight loss and then wouldn't lose for a couple of weeks because I 'relaxed' the rules!! Now I use PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) alongside PMK and feel sooo much better about myself. I,too, am not 'there' yet but maybe by taking the 'scenic' route with my weight loss it will stay off!! I also agree about the support & encouragement - it's as important - if not more so than listening to PMK Good luck to everyone today Anne xx

Just got back from a quick lunchtime walk and 20 minutes sitting under a tree enjoying the beautiful weather. Can't wait to finish work and get out in the garden this evening. I put on a belt this morning and realised it needs an extra hole. 39 days in and life is good today.

Why AngB, I have absolutely no idea what you could be referring too!! (but I am ready)!!
I have had a great day, I cant ever in my life think of a time when I had so much time spent on me just for sheer pampering and enjoyment. Before the Flabulous Forumers, I would never have contemplated going for waxing, buffing and polishing. I would have been much to embarrassed by my body shape to bare it in public so to speak. However my self confidence has had a boost thanks to MJM,s daily posts to motivate me, and I can now accept that perhaps my body shape is not as bad as I had feared.
Anyway the body feels lovely, all soft and moisturised and it smells wonderful. I even bought some of the lovely products to use at home just because I liked the smell so much.
The only down side was when I came out of the hairdressers it was raining and I did not take a brolly with me as it was glorious when I went out this morning. So the body might look great but the hair is a mess!!

Well done Honeybunny - and I'm sure you'll sort the hair out!
It's lovely to see all these positive posts - I found myself worrying today that I'm not eating enough - but then I thought, I'm eating when I'm hungry, eating what I want (including an ice cream yesterday) and really enjoying my food. And I've stayed off the wine for a couple of days. I think I have been brainwashed since childhood to think that "eating properly" means finishing every scrap on your plate, whether you want it or not. Now I know when I'm full! the support from the flabuless is great because we can realise that we aren't the only people to struggle with these issues.
Have a lovely evening everyone!

Valaber, well done with the wine abstinance, for myself I was Ok for the first few days but to be honest, I always get a bit anxious before my husband gets home, silly but suddenly after all these years I think he wont fancy or love me anymore!! Naturally he is just so pleased to see me and get home that it all is just me getting nervous and then I feel silly but a glass of wine does tend to settle the nerves!! Not a good excuse I know but its just a symptom of my low self esteem! But hey, well done you, you spur me on to try harder.
