I have recently moved to Portishead, Bristol and was hoping to join a walking group in the area, but no luck so far! I have done quite a bit of power walking - the Moonwalk and SunWalk and really enjoy walking for fitness so if anyone knows of a walking group in this area or would like to help me start one up I'd love to hear from them.

Hi I have just joined your Forum site, I am looking for a walking club in Lincolnshire, Spilsby area.  Cant see one on your map.
There are plenty of walks and beaches in this area, I do them with my dogs. I would like some human company also.
Anyone out there interested?

I've tried to access the map too but no luck.
Is there a walking club in the Southampton/Fareham area? If so, could someone let me know please.
If not, is there anyone living in or near Bursledon who would like to join me on walks along the River Hamble & elsewhere? Could you send me a private message if you're interested.

This site is not very good. No one replies if you email them or post a question on here.
For the walking clubs ~ you have to log on, then on the forum >> walking clubs
click on where it says walking clubs and that brings them all up. I still can't find the map though !

Hi Kathy
welcome to the forum. The best way to access information you need is to put your own post on the walking club site and include the area in the title.
I have found that sometimes people post on here asking a question then never return to the site. People log on at different times and you have to be patient and sometimes it takes a few times of trying. Good luck

I'm a Trowbridge-ite who likes walking, so that makes 2 of us to start one! I've just signed up for the 20 mile breast cancer walk at Blenheim Palace, so I really need to get serious about walking regularly so that I can get to the finish line!

I am only just learning to use the internet and i have joined this web site to try and find a walking group in the otley or surrounding area. I have sent post to some one who was interested in setting one up but it was dated last summer and i am not sure if it came about. Do you have any information you can pass on to me.
