Still not remembering every time I eat to chew slowly, my memory is virtually not existent so its not just with this. I can do it and do notice the taste more but its just remembering to do it, grrr. But I am definately snacking less and feel mostly ok about resisting if not hungry, which is a first for me in a very long time! Quite pleased with myself from that angle if I stay the same again next weigh in will be ok with this.

I have just finished reading this post and the thing that struck me was how everyone's attitude to food was changing. You are all on a healthy eating plan which is becoming part of your life and not on a 'quick fix diet'. I just wanted to congratulate you all and say RESPECT!
