aching feet
      #110536 - 05/05/2008 12:20

I love high-heeled shoes, boots, love them love them love them, and I feel I look really good when I wear them.
but I have a big problem, my feet kills me when I wear high heels. sometimes after just a few steps, too...itīs gotten so bad that I very rarely wear them.
is it supposed to be like this? How do you endure high heels?

Hi maja, do you have a high instep or arch as you may need to purchase supports. Try a pair of wedges and if your finger can fit under your instep they are no good as your foot is not well supported. Check out a podiatrist in your local area and take your shoes with you.

I try and keep the heels to 3" minimum and find them much easier. Otherwise they have to be worn where I know I won't have to move!
