Good morning girls,
How is your weekend going so far? The sun is shining at the moment, I dont know how long that will last tho, we are meant to have rain all day today.
Of all the exercise that you can do, to move your body, improve your meatabolism and fell great at the same time, dancing is probably the most overlooked and the most fun.
Spanishlady will be good at this one.
Today I want you to put on some vibrant music and shake it like you just dont care, and if you do this daily, there will soon be a whole lot less of you to shake!
I hope you enjoy the rest of your day, and the sun shines for you.

Yes one for me We will be dancing at the Feria today and this is the last day so there will be dancing and fireworks until early morning.
I will need a holiday after this .
I love going down to my basement and putting on loud music (usually Thin Lizzie ) and shakeing it all about

This sounds like a fun idea.Drank too much wine yesterday so have to get back on track..........OH just gone biking so I will put on the music and shake and move!!!Suee xxx

My PMK book and CD arrived yesterday so am now geared up with it on my MP3 player. Feeling really positive and have been for a walk in Clumber Park this morning. [National Trust property only 15 mins away] It was so warm and still and gave me the best feel-good factor. May dance later if hubby doesn't laugh too much- or even if he does it will do us both good.
Glad to be part of you all. Will try and log on most days.

Great suggestion mjm, I love dancing. I must get the hang of that Strictly Come Dancersize DVD I bought at the same time as PMK. Most of the time I just shimmy round the kitchen to whoever is on the radio but sometimes I play Lollipop by Mika. Never fails to get me on my feet.
Biggest shock of the weekend - Mr Vee and I went swimming yesterday. And we've been for a walk today. We're about to reward ourselves with a Chinese takeaway - it'll be OK, I'll let him eat most of it.
