Have fun over the weekend by trying something new, treat yourself to a new and exciting food that you might have fancied trying, but never have.
If the weather is good, have your meals outside for a change, or in a different part .of the house.
Variety is the spice of life, so spice things up, and have some much deserved fun.
We dont stop playing because we get old, we grow old because we stop playing.
Enjoy your day everyone and hope you get some lovely weather, its a nice morning here, and I am off to my bed.
I will catch up with you all later this afternoon.

Hi Guys,
well a good start to the BH weekend. Daughter and I went for a long walk along the cliffs from Porthleven to Loe Bar this morming. We walked briskly and on the return journey did not stop for a double clotted cream ice cream as we normally do. Instead we came home and had a very healthy lunch with Headgirls wonderful Hollandaise sauce repice. It was scrummy. Now an afternoon gardening and not a kitkat in sight.

been in to the Feria dancing and walking all around the town with the beautiful hores and carraiges , back home fr lunch and a little quiet time before to night , I willl never stop playing

Had a lovely day here in Manchester - actually ate alfresco for the first time this year. Had a goreous greek salad and lasagne - then berries and fat free greek yogurt. Found it difficult to leave some but did. One glass of vino and thats me!! - cheap date!!

I have had disasterous week eating out nearly every night and no exercise I will go back to PM next week no idea what I weigh but I have my 5 km run on june 1st so after this weekend should get back into gym etc
hope everybody is having great weekend

All I have done this weekend is eat. I had 11 people for a BBQ yesterdy. I seemed to nibble most of the afternoon. My guests turned up at 2 pm and the last one left at 9 pm. The weather was warm and humid.
I am now sitting outside in the sunshine sipping a glass of wine chatting to all. Ooh what a life but sadly back to work tomorrow. I think I will go on sald for the rest of the week.
