Not my 100 favourite beauty finds or buys! Were any of them yours?

After reading the recent post on articles lifted from other places did anyone like me find that hardly any of the 2008 make up selection from page 92 and covering 6 full pages missed the mark and was a bit OTT?
Apparently 4,000 people voted on line for
those products which were in their make up bag and truly best buys???The only two products mentioned and that I personally buy
and that are in my make up bag and holiday bag were
1. Rimmel Lasting Finish lipstick
2. Boots Soltan sunscreen.
All the other products were out mostly out of my price range and no Superdrug mentioned
no well best priced daily moisturiser like my Astral Cream 
As for perfumes what about all those yummy new perfumes last year that we all said we loved and bought and chatted about on the W&H forum a while back?? ENVY No not at all. A few of the perfumes that appeared in the magazine looked years old and I know many on the forum like to change their perfumes from year to year and from a heavier winter scent to a lighter summer scent
To me the 6 pages read more like one big advert!
What do you think?
Might need the face scrub cream if I am proved wrong on this here

Hi Debbie
One thing's for sure I haven't got any of the Dior Daily Moisturiser that costs £89! - I'm currently using one that costs £1.89 from Aldi which seems to be doing the job OK.
As to the other favourites - I've got 6 of them - the Benefit Lip Plump, a Touche Eclat Highlighter, a Clinique Airbrush concealer that my daughter gave me because she didn't like it, a tube of Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream, an Elnett hairspray and a set of Chanel No 5.
I'm afraid I'm in the minority when it comes to Boots - I do shop there but don't enjoy doing so. Can't precisely put my finger on why but as soon as I walk in I want to get out as fast as I can!

Yes Nightingale I did as i thought not that many popped down the list of forums to the Magazine Feedback and I thought this need to be on the Your Looks forum as well!
Am I now in trouble?

Sorry girls but I did vote in that!! Mind you only two of the products I use were listed......
