I went to my friends Hair and Beauty Salon today,it is a new project for her,and she has been having lots of updates done in the decorating 'dept'. She showed me around,and in one of the rooms,stencilled on the wall is this sign:-

'Always remember that beauty comes from within..
..within bottles,jars and tubes.'

It certainly made me smile.(and that uses less muscle!!)
