MM Day 173 In the Zone

Today I have done half an hour of gardening, 10 minutes on the rowing machine and a 6 mile 'wonky' walk, all before midday.
I feel full of energy and finally feel 'in the zone' for the first time in weeks.
Does anyone else feel 'in the zone' today?

Help!
After spending an hour on the forum I came to get up and every bit of me was stiff. I felt like a 90 year old. Think I'm destined to have to keep on the move all day if I don't want to seize up
And I was looking forward to a lazy afternoon.
Ah well, pride comes before a fall

Well I'm in a zone, but I think it's a parking zone!
If I stop for a refreshing cup of tea it takes me at least an hour to get up again.

I've been in the keep cool zone teaching at home, so in the parking zone too!!
I didn't slept too well for the last 2 nights, with an aching head/neck and jaw from a one hour session at the dentists last thursday. Have been taking pain killers and still teaching today but very dozy now, so need an early night to sort me out.

Well, I was in the zone, sort of! It was the shopping zone at Bicester Shopping Village! I walked about 8,100 steps which was less than I thought. I obviously need to visit more shops next time I go!

I was reading in the paper yesterday that 2 complete laps of Bluewater is a mile, so next time I go I will do a complete lap of both the upstairs and the downstairs.
