I think I'm ready to take the plunge! I'll sign up and be a twiddlytigger. I can see I'm going to be in good, if rather select, company! Can we still minx occasionally?

I have twiddled very dustily today, with the help of ES and YS - my garage, storeroom and workshop are tidied, swept and decluttered to the extent of two car loads of rubbish to the local tip/recycling centre. I'm a good twigglytiddler, I am!

Re: TwiddleTiggers Division 1

Mrs Twiddle and Tigger... I really really hate to say this but to me all of that is quite a natural way to live anyway.

I ALWAYS eat a healthy diet...lots of salads, fruit, fresh food etc. I don't eat sweets or chocs. Mr C grows most of our veg as well so it's all organic.

I do the exercise thing...

I'm naturally organised...but how do you twiddle in style??? Do I need a fancy housecoat and fluffy mules???

I smile all the time...I even have the lines to prove it!

And, despite everything, I still cling to my positive outlook on life!!!

I could cut down on the alcohol I suppose...and maybe the minxing.....but....

Re: TwiddleTiggers Division 1

Cupcake that is grand, for me having had ill health this year and cracked ribs, its my motivated to get going with the help of Mrs Twiddle...and have some fun along the way.

I do the smiling bit and the positive bit, but there is never any harm in re-affirming all of the above, especially for me cos it gets lost when I bounce so much....

To Twiddle in style you have to have rubber gloves with tassles on, fluffy slippers and wear a fetching hat.

Disappear for 5 mins and chaos has arisen....Ladies please can we have some form of order for the first Team Talk before the battle commences.(no chance ..)

I think Mrs T is in agreement with this, all sparkley rubber gloves, posh aprons and leotards need to be ready for action from Monday 5th January when the TwiddleTigger Team hits the stage. (tassells can be purchased to help with additional Twiddling or Bouncing!!)

There will be a match report at the end of each day - loosers and winners and how we can improve order of play.

We are in it for the full season no half measures (even the wine glasses...).

So three cheers "TwiddleTiggers Rule Ok"

Twiddle Tiggers are on the bounce,
They do not flag, nor do they flounce.
A smile is guaranteed a day,
If only to keep wrinkles at bay.
Twiddle Tiggers like to dust,
They do it quickly without a fuss.
A shiny home and laptop to!!?
So they may come and talk to you.
All is done in ten minutes flat,
First the ornaments and then the mat.
Now should they stop just for a while,
It's to plan the menu's,in good style.
Twiddle Tiggers this is no whim,
Be full of fun,and aim to trim.

Please may I join you as well?

Eeek will have to now send my Junior Tiggers off to look for sensible head (can I include my daft one please cos it makes this healthy new life style stuff look alot more interesting for us Tiggers, I leave the really serious stuff to Owl)

Advice on the treadmill is 1. Plug it in, dust it down and start off slowly walking at a gentle pace for the first week...I am going to go off and try and find my walking plan when I did my 16 mile walk year before last.
But the most important thing that you do is build it up slowly and dont do too much to quickly. (eek need to lie down that sounded sensible)

4 days and counting before you have to get you Twiddling equipment tassells intact and your Tigger bouncing gear on.

5th January is the start of the TwiddlerTiggers first Training Session.

Mrs Twiddle will be standing on the side lines with her new broom and apron she will be keeping an eye on all Twiddlers.

Tigger will be watching the activity section of the Team, we will join forces and discuss the Team efforts at the end of the day.
So get those pedometers out, leopards on and hit the streets.

This is the only serious post on the subject the rest of it will be fun fun fun all the way to slim and fitter TwiddleTiggers.
