I HAVE GOOD NEWS ABOUT DAD

This is so fantastic I wanted to update you all on our latest news about dad.
He phoned me late last night, he has had his MRI & CAT scans and the hospital phoned him yesterday to tell him...
THE CANCER HAS NOT SPREAD ANYWHERE ELSE IN HIS BODY
I cant tell you all how relieved I am about this. So we know it's just the tumor in his bowel which they will operate on soon and then apparently 5 weeks of radiotherapy. We will find out the exact details on Tuesday morning.
I feel so much better and will be having a glass or 2 at Covent Garden tomorrow to celebrate.

I am so happy for your Dad! It's such a worrying time isn't it just waiting for a result, but for it to come so positive is well worth the nail-biting! I wish him all the best and hugs to you too, bet you'll really enjoy Covent Garden now!

Sorry i did not get to speak to you on Saturday, what a wonderful day though.
Pleased to hear the good news regarding you Dad, good wishes to him and to you and your family.
About five years ago my Dad had cancer of the bladder and I know how terrifying (? spelling) that felt. Thankfully now everything seems OK.
Go and enjoy your holiday and bring him lots of photos back, otherwise he will be worring about you, worrying about him!!
