Vibration Training Machines

Good Morning ALL
I am new to this site and wondered if any of you had tried the Vibration plate machines....If so do they work.

I am thinking of purchasing the one advertised in the magazine but wanted your opinions first.

Thanks

Re: Vibration Training Machines

Hi Charlene

My friend bought one, didn't seem to do anything. She's bought a treadmill now.

Re: Vibration Training Machines

Hi Charlene
Can't say for sure if they work or not, but have recently dragged mine out of the garage where it has lived since I bought it about two years ago. Guilt and upcoming hol dictates that it be used. Anybody out there used one for more than a couple of weeks, please forward results before I shake myself silly for nothing!!!!!!

Re: Vibration Training Machines

I think these machines are super and I definitely feel the difference when I stick with it. Try to go gym 3 times a week and when I do I go on this machine for 15-20 mins. Am a little out of sorts at the moment due to house move but am going to get right back on the machine next week when I get back into my training regime. I really think they work and I can feel the difference after a few times so stick with it.

Welcome to the forum Charlene

Re: Vibration Training Machines

Thanks Vicky
Nice to ear that you find the machine works. I need a boost at the moment, after strict dieting (and I do mean STRICT) and uping the physical activity for the past three weeks I
weigh today to find that I have lost exactly NOTHING! HELP PLEASE.

Re: Vibration Training Machines

Maybe your dieting has been too strict - I remember years ago I went to Weight Watchers and I had been really good and I lost no weight and they told me that I hadnt eaten enough. Well at the time I thought that was rubbish but all these years on (and many many diets later) I realise they were right. Its not how much you eat, its what you eat. The vibration machines are not a weight loss thing, they are good for toning up. There is a website showing lots of exercises for the machine but I dont know what its called. Anyway its something you have to stick to but I know I drop inches when I stick with it so good luck!
