Slimming World on-line

Hi Everyone
This is really cheeky but does anyone have a password to get into the on-line slimming world - I can never make a meeting and can't afford the on-line fees - be really grateful to have a look at the syns for some things.

Hi fingerpie, I'm sorry but you can't be given the passowrd if you're not a member - it contravenes all sorts of rules. Have a look at the slimming world message board on Ivillage.co.uk - so informative. People will look up syn values for you and there's always new recipes and lists of different free foods etc.

Don't forget you can also buy books which are not very expensive - I expect you could get these through the website. I also found a very nice slimming world cookbook at my local libary so that might be an option if you are broke! Also check out ebay as people are often selling their second hand books on there.
