Good morning girls, can you believe it, we are half way through our 90 day programme, and your probably feeling one of 3 ways: 1. Excited about your body changing shape and the additional changes that are happening in your life. 2. Cautiously optomistic-the physical changes havent been as dramatic as youd hoped yet, but you can tell that things are definitely diferent to the way they were before. 3. Stuck, frustrated and contemplating giving up. You havent lost much weight and your begining to question PMK, Me and yourself and the programme. Whatever you are feeling right now, the most important thing is to keep going. Now that you have a better understanding of what its like to eat in this new way, you are able to recommit to the programme and yourself at a new level. So today I want you to recommit to fininshing this blummin programme and giving yourself a real chance to succeed. Thanks everyone for your feed back yesterday, together we can do this, and there is only 45 days to go. I am going for a walk again today, and now that my car has got a new battery (sore point), Iam going to go back to that clothes shop and buy myself some new clothes to celabrate getting half way thro the programme. Good luck for today girls, and enjoy your day. Why dont you treat yourself today too, it doesnt have to be with clothes, it could be a pamper day for you, or just some special "me" time, in what ever way you choose you should mark this special occation. |

Once again mjm right on form I think you are reading my mind !!!!! I was thinking of giving up don`t know why I am enjoying the programme and I know my body is changing but not as fast as I want,,,,only a month to go until my cruise and I really wanted to be a lot thinner by then. I WILL BE THINNER BEFORE MY CRUISE , I am going to treat myself to something today not use what but maybe some card making stuff. |

Spanishlady , you cant leave us, we rely on you to tell us about your wonderful days of dancing and parties. I am just back from my shopping spree and I took your advice. I bought 2 pairs of linen shorts and a pair of pale blue crop jeans, I got money off the jeans because I saw some loose stitching, and took advantage, and Iam glad I did. Iam going to have a couple hours kip now, working tonight and tomorrow night. Enjoy the rest of your afternoon girls. |

Right, so half way through, well no more half measures from me. From now on I am going all out to loss as much as I can. I am going to exercise 3-4 times a week and I am going to cut out booze totally in the week. If you can lose 4 lbs mjm then I can too. You have fired me up and I am more determined than ever. |

Well done Honeybunny. I've been feeling really under the weather today - poorly and tired,and I went looking for cake on the way home at lunch time - but when I saw all the cakes, I really didn't fancy them at all, so came home with a big bunch of tulips instead - that was bbefore I'd read your advice mjm. I think your second group really describes me - I am a bit disheartened by how slowly the weight seems to be going, but on the other hand, I really like being more in control of my eating habits, so that's a big plus. Also I ahd lost some weight before I joined the forumers, so altogether I guess I've lost about half a stone - but it seems soooo slow!
