Howmany of us on the PMK have been keeping a journal ,not me I have not written anythink down but today I have decided to start ,I have a nice pink diary beside my bed and I am going to write in it every night.
must remember what I eat maybe I should keep it in the kitchen

TUT,TUT, and I was under the illusion that every single one of you was keeping your journal, writing in it every day, keeping it up to date!!!

Neither have I!
I think we may be given mega homework now or asked to write 'I must remember to keep a journal and write in it every day' 300 times!!!

I'm keeping a food diary on my laptop...
the only trouble is that every time I enter something, I then just have to pop onto the forum, to see what's going on....
