Regaine any advice?

I'm just reading a book by Miriam Stoppard and she say's that the only thing that works for hair loss is Regain,because it contains an ingredient called Minoxidil.My husband is concerned about his hair loss and I wondered if anyone has any experience of the product.It is expensive but I've just found a product that is much cheaper and claims to have exactly the same ingredients so think if he's interested in giving it a go that might be worth a try as I'm not convinced he will faithfully follow a hair care regime!
Any advice welcome.

I think Michael Winner once said he uses Regain and he has a good head of hair. I believe you have to use it every day for ever or it stops working. When you think of all the things we have to do, plucking eyebrows, waxing, making up our faces, and all they worry is about a bit of hair loss!!!
