says it all, I have not weighed myself for two weeks since the last wonderful loss and as you know I was TERRIFIED well I did it first thing this morning nothing rien nada , I am still 12st.
I really really wanted to be under even a little 1/2 lb.
I hopped on and off the scales like a demented naked monkey trying to make a difference !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
no still 12st.
I have had a very busy two weeks even yesterday had two full meals The french eat so much, and then a few pints at the Irish music session ,
The Family are going back to Paris this morning so it should be easier at least I will try to cut out alcohol.
hope all you ladies have done well I am dying to see the results

Re: no change

Well you lost a lot last time Spanish lady and you've kept that off, which is brilliant - and think of the muscles and toning with all that dancing. Honeybunny (I think it was) pointed out to me a couple of weeks ago that muscle weighs more than fat, so perhaps you've lost the fat and replaced it with somethng better?

Hi Spanishlady,

Actually you have done really well as you've obviously had a really hectic time recently, but you have managed to maintain your previous weight loss. Re-group and re-focus as off today and look forward to the next two weeks of PMK. I have only lost a pound over the last two weeks and didn't loose any the two weeks before, but as I was expecting to have put on that's a bonus. Onwards and upwards as they say!

I think you have done really well Spanishlady, to have stayed the same, and to anyone else who has done the same, (poem).

I dread to think what I would weigh now, if I had carried on the way I was doing.
