have had a twiddling attack today, and have cleaned out fridge, and there´s this bowl of pears cooked in red wine, leftovers from tuesday (twelfth day of christmas) and it´s still ok, but quite a lot, even more than I can scoff in one go, so I thought..freezer? or will they just go mushy when thawing?
Anyone had any experience?. or I could just toss them in the freezer and then forget about them until it´s time to defrost and clean the freezer..............not a big worry really, just never heard of freezing pears....maybe it´s worth a go...could have mushy pears with icecream sometimes in the spring?????
