Hi
I am cooking my mum and dad a meal tomorrow night and want to do something special. Does anybody have any ideas for a really good chicken or fish dish

I do a really nice salmon dish, it's a Delia recipe and it has a pesto and breadcrumb topping, it's foolproof and can be prepared right up to where you slam it in the oven. My mum loves it. If you like the sound of it and don't have the Delia summer book I'll post it for you.
