Lost Recipe

I have lost a recipe for a delicious salad i think called Summer Mackerel Salad. Can anybody help please. It definately had flaked smoked mackerel, potatoes, carrot strips and creme fraiche but i cannot remember other ingredients. Thanks

Welcome to the forum!
Haven't found your specific recipe but if you search on the BBC goodfood website they have several mackerel salad recipes that look similar.
Why not just experiment and throw in anything you fancy, that's the beauty of a salad!
