Can't help, sorry... it's obviously very popular here- but only around Christmastime... it completely disappears after 25/12. Plus, I don't know anyone who makes their own-they all buy it!! I am so impressed that you make your own- and so was a German friend when I asked her this afternoon. She said she didn't know how to make it either!! |

Delia Smith also has a stollen recipe which has dried apricots in but I can't get the link to work. If you google delia stollen recipe you'll get to it that way. |
