need recipe for stollen[ one with yeast]

i have lost my favorite stollen recipe i know it had yeast in it and no suet can anyone help

Can't help, sorry... it's obviously very popular here- but only around Christmastime... it completely disappears after 25/12. Plus, I don't know anyone who makes their own-they all buy it!! I am so impressed that you make your own- and so was a German friend when I asked her this afternoon. She said she didn't know how to make it either!!

Can't vouch for either of them I'm afraid, but they both look OK to me.

Delia Smith also has a stollen recipe which has dried apricots in but I can't get the link to work. If you google delia stollen recipe you'll get to it that way.

Thanks everyone here in Mauritius i make things i would not have bothered to do in UK, marzipan, marmalade, jams, jellies and lemon curd from fruit from my garden, ginger biscuits etc
