Anyone used a 'Chillow pillow'

I'm thinking of buying one of those 'chillow pillows' to keep me cool on holiday, does anyone have any experience?

Yes I have one, it really cools you down, I don't use it all the time, but if I wake overheated, it does the job, get it, you won't regret it!

Please tell me - what is a chillow pillow? Sounds like something I could use when my nuclear reactor starts up in the middle of the night (hot flushes to those who don't know what it's like)!!
I just turn my pillow over to find the cooler side and throw off the covers.

I have no idea what this is either but sounds just what I need when I get too hot in bed . Where do you get them from?

It is a thinnish foam filled pillow, initialy you fill it with water, push out the air and then it goes cold, you don't have to refrigerate it. I've had one for a couple of years and it has been a godsend for those roasting moments. the only thing I am not keen on is the plasticy cover, but they may have improved it now. it costs about £20/25 but shop around. just google "chillow".

Thanks for the info on the Chillow Pillow girls, I had heard about them, but wasn't sure how they worked, they sound just the thing for those hot flushes I'm getting since my op. Will check on the internet.

I have one and swear by it... its great for either putting in your pillowcase or I also use mine under my feet if they are extra hot as well. Well worth the investment if you're the type who keeps turning your pillow over in the warmer weather for that nice cold spot.
