Went to the Grand Designs Live exhibition and had a great time

I had a great time today at the exhibition. Found lots of really useful ideas and the exhibitors were very helpful.
The only downside was getting to Excel - long trip on public transport. Didn't see charming Kevin as only had daytime tickets - shame.

Yes it was much better than Ideal Home Ex. I went on Monday - watched Kevin filming and the gardener Dermot (the one with the curly hair) also saw Mel Sykes filming with a celebrity chef but cant remember his name, and the woman from the Best Homes tv show. Great day out highly recommend it.

Hi shooting star,I've been watching it on T.V. Very envious of you being there.Grand Designs is one of the very few television programmes that my husband will watch.We both think Kevin is great. Glad you had a good day out

I would love to have gone as I love anything to do with house improvements and interior design. I have gone off the Ideal Home Show at Earls Court, its always so crowded and even getting there is a nightmare. Meybe next year I will go to the design show. Plasmo x

Went to the Homes Show there last year, didnt take much notice of this when it was advertised - wish I had!! The programme, especially the day time one, is excellent, will know to go next year!!

Goodness i envy you, i got free tickets for this week and i couldnt go because i was asked to do Fulltime.
Glad you enjoyed it.
