Is Food Better than Sex?

I love food. I love cooking it, love having it cooked for me and, mostly, I love eating it. I'm very fond of sex too, but if you forced me to choose between the two, Steak and chips would win everytime!!

What would you rather have??

Re: Is Food Better than Sex?

Sad to say, these days mostly a good book...or a decent night's sleep. But sometimes I'd prefer the sex!

Re: Is Food Better than Sex?

That's the answer...after all in a dream you could be having the steak and chips along with the good time...anything is possible!

Re: Is Food Better than Sex?

Food is to live for and sex is to die for, food makes you put on weight and sex takes it off, so why not combine the two plenty of exercise so you can eat plenty of your favourite food.

Re: Is Food Better than Sex?

Steak and chips in bed sounds nice to me!!

I think I'm just hungry this morning - for food that is, not for sex!

I think I am like Jane from Loose Women, if I had to chose between a nice cuppa and sex at this time in my life Im afraid I would chose a cuppa! Years ago it was a different story. Plasmo xx

It depends on the food and the sex...

exactly what I was thinking Pinkannie. One thing that I have realized as I have got older is that I like quality rather than quantity and this applies to both doesnt it?

Re: Is Food Better than Sex?

Depends on both the food and the sex. Poor quality either and you can forget it!

Re: Is Food Better than Sex?

I'm more partial to a good book, and a jolly good nights' sleep at the moment. Would be nice if it would change so I did have more interest in sex, but.... menopause, age, hormones..... sadly play havoc with the will!!

Depends on my appetite at the time

Re: Is Food Better than Sex?

Our enjoyment of both depends on who comes to the table and what's on the menu!!

I think perhaps I'll go for the steak first......and then.... I'll read my new May addition of W&H!!

I do like sex, but it doesn't mean I want it three times a day, with the odd erotic snack mid-afternoon and at bedtime!!!

I much prefer food, I can have it any time, any place, any how, fast or slow, in a group, outside or in, and with anyone.

Re: Is Food Better than Sex?

I think they can be one and the same, start your foreplay by sitting at a table in low light with your lover, as Duffy mentions them, Oyster's to start, Bottle Savingon Blanc with them, followed by huge king prawns and garlic that you have to eat with hands and lick fingers afterwards served with a good deep red Burgandy, drink only half the bottle with the main course, save rest for the smelliest, strongest cheese board and share the plate, followed by a brandy and espresso, leave dining room with bottle of champagne in hand......to the bedroom or any other place you desire - the back of a Volvo S80 is quite comfortable!!! - the rest needs no explanation - sex on a plate or what!!!

Blimey I have to go and have cold shower now because I've just eaten beans on toast on my own in the kitchen xxx
