I see the horrible adverts are still with us despite all the complaints. Just goes to show how much notice W&H take of all their forum users.
I've still never received a reply to my message to Pippa - but then again - did I really expect one????
I feel soooooo disappointed in this site nowadays and am coming on it less and less.

In my case , it won't even post.......
Do you actually have any sensible IT people in your dept.
This website is useless, everyone is complaining and you expect us to continue. It is sloww, refuses to load properly, you name it, it does it and most of us are too busy to keep bothering.
In today's recession, the least you could do is employ people who know what they are doing.
Sorry, but I am so angry............

Please please can you stop the constant bombardment of the adverts that are flying all over the screen all the time that you are writing and reading posts. I'm sure they are a factor in some of my migraines increasing. If we are on the website then i would say most of us are subscribers to W and H and we don't need the constant bombardment. It is actually starting to put me off the magazine. I used to love this magazine but am now finding that it is becoming far too much in your face with all these adverts. It is taking forever to download information and to be able to move from area to area. It is so frustrating and I am becoming less and less inclined to come on the site. If it wasn't for the daily diet diary that i am using I think i would have given up a few weeks ago.
Don't let yourselves down as what you had here was a fantastic site which had a great following and as far as i can see the numbers are diminishing at quite a fast rate.
Don't lose a fantastic group of women.

We can only assume that the reason for all the flashing advertisements is the magazine needs the revenue, yet surely by now it is obvious that it is actually adding to the demise of the site and annoying us all so much that fewer magazines are sold. By now we should be campaigning for new staff at the magazine. Get rid of all the ones who have so little respect for the rest of us. Sue

You know, I've come to the conclusion that the people at W&H aren't at all interested in how we all feel - they've made that abundantly clear. Unless I'm mistaken they haven't replied to any of the questions or complaints - I certainly never had a response to mine.
I presume that they'll continue ignoring us and hope that the problem just goes away - in other words, that we'll just get used to all these terrible advertisements and eventually stop complaining about them.
Perhaps they assume that for every user that leaves the site, another will take their place. What a very sad attitude and what a way to treat their loyal readers

To add my voice to the many, I cancelled my subscription a few weeks ago and am now an infrequent visitor to the site - actually last week I gave up trying to get to the forums as it was so slow for several days. I'd be interested to know if anyone ever does get a reply to emails sent to the W&H team, I had no acknowledgement to the ones I sent complaining about these awful flashing ads, among other things, which is why I decided to cancel my subscription. In doing so I told them why, but all I got back was a bland 'sorry you've decided to cancel'. I find it incredible that they care so little about what we think. SHE magazine's editorial team are brilliant, they are so quick to reply to comments and even have 'speak to the team' sessions when they're all online. I really don't think the W&H team deserve any of us!

The adverts are back here on this site and sadly are still getting across the page and posts so as one can not click on the reply buttons at the top!
It isn't just that adverts that are getting up my nose it is the slow - - - - -- --- ness of these forums and the logging in problems that I and others have alomst every time we pop on here.
Posts go missing, in boxes say full when they are in fact empty. Going back ten steps for every one forward it seems to me
I haven't moaned about this forum site for weeks if not months now but enough is enough!!!! Please W&H web team it has been more than two months since the so called 'New Improved' W&H web and forum site was launched so please get it sort now and once and for all

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrgggghhhh is anyone else getting really annoyed with the Clairol ads that keep coming onto the screen that I have to keep clicking the cross to close...it's annoying the hell out of me!!!
