Sent e-mail messages - where are they?

I have ticked the 'I want to keep a copy of this message' box but can't see where my sent messages are located. Can anyone help?

Tilly2, User options, click box sent messages, they should be in there

My 'sent private emails' have not been registering since last October. The messages seem to reach their recipients, but the numbers are not added into my total of sent messages. Does anyone else have this problem?
