Broken Bodies by June Hampson

Having lived in Portsmouth for most of my teenage and early twenties I found this book as near to real as The Krays were to London.
The second in the Daisy Lane series, She returns to Gosport from Greece after her Boyfiend and Hubby are tragically no more! She has left her son with reliable minders and embarks on the retribution of the perpitrator of the men in her life demise. Full of lifes dramas true in some respects and well written. Dreadful, frightening, Markets, boxing matches, Ronnie & Reggie, prossies plus hard working coppers all appear - and a dammed good read. It took me 3 days A real page turner. Value as well coz bought it from The Works 3 for 5 quid.
