Walk with me and MAKE me do it! - Maidenhead area

I am a busy person and seem to use any exscuse not to put my trainers on and just go for a walk so I need a bully to come with me who is also very unfit who would like to try and get us both motivated.
Help!
I live in Burnham near Maidenhead and there are several nice parks around we could start with.
