Sheels2 and I posted on the Walking in Hoghton post, currently page 4. We met up for coffee on Monday and decided to go for a walk together.
Sheels2 had seen a walk online that goes round Townley Hall in Burnley so we thought we would try that as a first walk. It is advertised as 4 miles. We were hoping to try it this coming weekend. Unfortunately I don't think I can manage Saturday as I have a kitchen appliance being delivered and I don't know whether it will be morning or afternoon.
Is anyone interested in joining us and do you have any preference over days?

Sheels 2 and I had a pleasant walk on Monday although there was a fair at Towneley hall which made it noisy for a short section of the walk.
We have decided that we will go for walks again so if anybody is interested in joining us please post here. We live in Preston and Blackpool but haven't set any restrictions for the places we walk.
