Hi all I'm in Dersingham library sitting next to a rather dishy man...

using their 'putor and feeling rather daft (but not for the first time)

I was upset over recent events but after chatting with the lovely Valaber and my daughter I'd decided that I can't leave all my lovely friends and would miss you all far, far too much!

Thank you so much for all your suport - it means so much . I've no hard feelings towards anyone - I'm just too sensitive at times (a family gene I'm afraid )

Covent Garden was fantastic - lets just focus on that and all the hard work put in by so many. I just hope Cuppy is ok!

I hope to get a 'putor soon but am limited to quick visits to the library one at the mo, so here's to friendship and good company - cheers thanks everyone! And PS you need somebody to keep Heady in order!!!

If the sun wasn't shining and I hadn't hurt my back, I'd be there in ten minutes, just to check out your definition of 'dishy'.....

Hi Dizee, gothfairy and Pinkannie,

My 'putor went off as you only get 30 mins at a time & it switches off, then you have to wait 5 mins to get back on it!! ..but in the meantime I had a chat with dishy man and he offered me his....

...and we chatted about what 'putor to buy in the meantime.

Perry I think said to do some housework and Alison said NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

Sounds to me like Dersingham library is the place to be... we only get wheezy old chaps with replacement hips and anxious wives in ours!

Nice to see you Gem, and Cupcake, and everyone else. Heady you're not having an Anne Summers when we meet are you? Not sure I could cope with that!

I'm off now to find somewhere for 12 forumers to have lunch in the middle of the Abergavenny Food Festival in September when the whole town is heaving with people - Salderbs, where are you? I need you! Help!

No we don't know each other Gemini... I am not a socialiser, nothing personal ... and as we are different age groups, not likely we have met at any places in the village like schools and so on.

Hi MJM,

I've been on and off for various reasons - forum so slow, daughter's drama rehearsals, cinema with the Maidstone Massive, drinks with work colleagues, etc. But today is the first day of the school holidays, so I will be trying to catch up with all these posts!!!!

Re: Hi all I'm in Dersingham library sitting next to a rather dishy ma

Gald you're back Gem. Listen I'd take anything offered even if it is an hour on a blokes computer. Got to grab what you can! Mind you, what I would do with the thing God only knows! The computer I mean, as to the dishy bloke - chance would be a fine thing! However it might take my mind off a dress I have just seen, cheap, perfect, fitted like a glove, which is nothing short of a miracle but the zip stuck out at hip level and looked awful. Thinking of a dishy bloke is probably a good alternative. Either that or go and do the ironing!!

Re: Hi all I'm in Dersingham library sitting next to a rather dishy ma

Actually, this post made me think. Maybe libraries are the place to be, after all...I was actually almost (well no,not really, I did have my contactlenses on so I knew what was what) "pulled" at our local library some time ago, only the guy was like metusalem and had a zimmer frame,(NOT very dishy, Gem) but still.....if I feel really really desperate, I know where to go...

Re: Hi all I'm in Dersingham library sitting next to a rather dishy ma

Hi ladies
Well I also had a dishing man standing next to me at the airport yesterday when I waiting for my teenage daughter to arrive back from Greece. He was tall dark and ohhhh so very handsome... Well dressed with a nice aroma of aftershave... Lovely clean shoes ( I always notice thier shoes don't know why ) a really expensive looking watch... I enjoyed his 'company' for about 20 mins... occasional eye contact and smiles... and then.... this equally hunky guy walked through the arrivals door and guess what ??? They had a full blown snog right in front of me !!!! Yuk!!!!! What a waste eh girls !!!!!

Re: Hi all I'm in Dersingham library sitting next to a rather dishy ma

Hi all, thanks for all the "welcome backs" and your good wishes. I'm on my son's 'putor at the moment but it doesn't last long - takes ages to go then shuts down when it likes. Yesterday it gave a loud whine that continued for half an hour (goodness only knows what next door thought I was up to) and today the libraries not open????

But i'm hoping to get one of those new small laptops that are out on the 11th August.

Lovely to see Cuppy back! See you tomorrow again for an hour - off to Dersingham library 12-1pm.

Gem x
