After posting on ideas for Thailand - thank you for your helpful comments, we have decided to hopefully do that trip next year.

I have now booked to go to Italy for our first visit! Did try and book at Limoncello's but she is very very busy, but will definately do a return trip there sometime! I have booked two nights in Florence, and six nights in Tuscany/Umbria. Really looking forward to our first visiit in September, I know that lots of you lovely ladies have posted before about Italy but any tips would be great. Thank you.
