Limone is lovely, but quite pricey compared to Malcesine and Riva.

Riva always seems to be a few degrees colder than everywhere else. It's lovely, but not my favourite.

Malcesine is very nice.

Bardolino is fantastic.

I love Lake Garda, and love using the boats the way we use buses -except the service is better.

I would try and stay half way down - then you can take a boat to either end of the lake.
