Bruges is definitely on my wish list as it sounds lovely!
Kazann, My OH and I were in South Africa as well in January. Fantastic holiday- had an apartment near the V&A waterfront while we were in Cape Town then we hired a car and travelled the length of the garden route visiting some fabulous places along the way. Highlight being a luxury safari at Shamwari Game reserve, a real privilege to see the wonderful animals behaving naturally with plenty of spaces to roam.
In May I had a week away with my Dad in a lovely villa in Corfu. We had a quiet but enjoyable time- Dad enjoyed the roads up into the mountains!
Also in May I had a very romantic few days with my OH in Paris to celebrate our thirtieth wedding anniversary, lovely time but so expensive.
Then in June I went to Marseille with my ED for a couple of weeks exploring and sunbathing.
Every holiday very different but very memorable!
Not sure when I will holiday again as Dad's health not too good now, usually as soon as I come home I am planning the next one!
