I have tried just about every eye cream including one which cost Ł135 , which name escapes me at the moment but got it from Space NK, anyway it didnt do any better than the ROC eyepen at Ł20, havent tried the Garnier version yet but might get it for my holidays.....
However after all this I have now decided to have surgery and am booked for end of year, really believe the only way to get rid of excess skin is to have it removed....so a new me for the New Year
