A couple of months ago I discovered Superdrugs own brand vitamin E oil, it is the best thing I have ever used on my neck, really good results very quickly and lasting and cost under Ł3, a little goes a long way.

I use Boots cold creme to cleanse, apply gently and remove with damp cotton wool, then tone with witch hazel, Cheap and very effective.
