If you are on blood pressure tablets, its not safe... but probably fine if you don't have stomach problems....

I imagine Solaraze is a higher concentration than Voltarol, but both are diclofenac. See the link from Patient UK. There are cosmetic treatments for age spots rather than go the NSAID route... but if your GP is happy to prescribe, go for it.
