I recently asked a GP for some advice about a couple of largish freckles I have...one on each hand. She said they were actually solar keratosis and kindly showed me that actually I have quite a lot of them on the backs of my hands...they are just very tiny. She also kindly pointed out that they would get bigger!!!!

Anyway, she said that 'Solaraze' which is diclofenac in a gel would get rid of them for me. You just need to apply a thin film of it twice daily for 90 days and hey presto they will be gone! Hopefully! No, I'm assured they will be!!!

You can only get it on prescription but I just thought I'd let you all know about it in case anyone is interested!
