Just read your mail about Debenhams, why do these shops offer services they cant carry through?
We have a big Debenhams in Colchester, dont ever bother to go in there, as we have a much better department store which sells all that Debenhams sells and more, and the staff are much more pleasant to deal with.
Do different Clarins counters in different parts of the country stock different things? I would be surprised if they didnt have the oil as it is really popular, could you get them to order one for you?
