Hi, I never had a problem with spots at all until I hit my 40's, it is definately a hormone "thing" for me.

They are not there all the time, but when they are they are awful, never come to anything, just a red angry lump.

But at the turn of the year I had awful problems with a form of acne on my back, it was red raw and itched like mad.
Got antibiotics from the doctors, it eventually cleared up, but has left me with a lot of scars which I am very aware of, so no strappy tops for me this summer.
