I went to a works Xmas meal having only been with the Company about 4 weeks. I walked into the restaurant and didn't see anyone I knew. I vaguely recognised 2 chaps from the induction course at the bar so wandered up bought a drink and started chatting - as you do. It suddenly dawned on me they had no idea who I was so I said - you don't remember me do you? One said he thought he'd pulled really early on and then he said he did remember that I played saxophone.
