There is very little pain Secret. Think about it. The forehead is all bone so the needle is just a slight "prick" into the skin. The doctor will wipe an anaesthetic pad over the skin to freeze it and you will hardly feel a thing. I don't fear needles myself because I don't focus on what is actually happening. I just think it will be over in a few seconds and that is it. If I get botoxed I will let everyone know!
