Re: Hair Restorers

I took Nourkrin for around 18 months and at first thought there was a difference but if there was it was very slight. Eventually I bought Philip Kingsley's book the Hair Bible and learned that after checking out your health, and if it is not hormonal, then you should look to diet. I lost a lot of hair after briefly trying HRT and becoming anaemic. I believe that would have been the "hormonal" factor. Eight years and many pounds down the line I decided to try the diet factor. That meant increasing my intake of red meat. May not sound healthy but I tried to make it as organic as I could and just increased, not went mad on, the intake. A year later I feel a lot better about my hair. There is a definite difference, but I don't think I will ever have the lush locks I used to have. The problem with thinning hair is that getting to the bottom of it seems to coincide with spending loads of money. Buy the book and try the right diet and give it a year. That is my advice.
