Can anyone give me any advice on the polishing cloths by Liz Earle? I've heard people talking about them and am curious. Are they better to use to remove make-up than actual cleanser? I have quite dry and sensitive skin so use a cleanser for this skin type. Will they do for me or will they be too harsh?

How do you use them anyway - specific instructions please!
