I read in a magazine a few weeks ago that Chanel were doing a special one off of several perfumes created early last century. Obviously not available locally or even on line so when I went to Selfridges on Saturday I looked for them. There they were, 300ml bottles, about 10 or 12 of them. I decided on the Gardenia which was absolutely gorgeous. When I enquired about the price I was told Ł130. Needless to say I am left with just the memory.
