I think it is just having to accept that as you get older you do need less food. Really depressing thought though!
issi - I agree I think dress sizes have got larger and one size 10 in one shop could be a size 12 in another shop.
I have said it before on other posts, but the easiest way to lose 7lbs is to stand up straight. This lifts your shoulders and puts some space between your hips and ribs.
