Dgt,years ago I would tip my hairdresser £1 no matter what the cost, but then for a £3.60 cab fare I would give the driver £5 and tell him he could keep the change. My Dad pointed out to me how I was tipping the taxi driver more for a cheap fare than I did a hairdresser - now I tip my hairdresser £5
